Preventive care
that works all year
What happens after your exam?
One of the best parts of the EHE experience is that it’s not just a one-time exam. Here’s what to expect after leaving your appointment.
Exam results:
You’ll receive secure digital access to your lab results and biomarker insights through the myEHE portal. Over time, your results are organized so you can track trends year over year and better understand how your health is evolving.
Post-exam physician consultation:
If any results require timely attention, your physician will reach out directly to discuss next steps. All patients will also receive a detailed physician report summarizing findings, recommendations, and personalized guidance.
Clear, personalized next steps:
Based on your results and risk profile, you’ll receive any referrals or follow-up recommendations needed. You’ll also unlock access to the full suite of post-exam resources, designed to keep supporting your health throughout the year.
Your exam is one day. Your support lasts 365 days.
After your exam, you have access to one-on-one Health Coaching sessions by phone or video throughout the year. Our certified coaches use evidence-based approaches to help you translate exam findings into sustainable habits. Members work one-on-one to address weight management, stress, nutrition, and chronic disease risk factors, with research showing positive behavior change in 89% of participants.
Your coach can help with:
-
Weight Management – Set realistic goals and build sustainable eating patterns
-
Nutrition and Eating Habits – Improve dietary adherence
-
Tobacco, Alcohol, and/or Substance Use – Create cessation plans with behavioral support
-
Work/Life Balance and Quality of Life – Develop stress management strategies
-

Care navigation that removes barriers
Throughout the year, our care navigation team proactively coordinates your follow-up care—removing the logistical barriers that prevent members from acting on exam results.
Your navigation team helps with:
Follow-up screenings – Coordinating colonoscopy, screening mammogram, DEXA scan, and other age- or risk-appropriate tests identified during your exam
Specialist referrals – Connecting you with specialists when exam results indicate the need for further evaluation
Vaccinations – Scheduling COVID, influenza, Hepatitis A and B, and other preventive immunizations
Travel medicine – Arranging consultations for upcoming leisure or business travel to ensure appropriate preventive measures
Risk-based guidance – Clarifying next steps when your exam identifies specific health risks requiring attention
*Please note: Ancillaries are not included in individual EHE Membership.
Your exam is one moment, but your health doesn’t stop there.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are my records handled/made available?
You and your EHE Health physician discuss most of your exam results on the day of your visit. All of your results will be available for viewing through the myEHE patient portal within 48-72 hours. You’ll receive a phone call from a physician, or the physician’s office, if you have significant abnormal results.
How do I access my health records?
Go to my.ehe.health/results. There you will find your health records of all of your EHE Health exams and visits. This allows you to compare results year over year, from lab results to your EHE Health reports. You’ll also have a record of inoculations for future use.
How does scheduling work?
- Log in to my.ehe.health.
- Go to my appointments.
- Select preferred date and time at nearest clinic or provider location > look out for pre-exam emails to prepare.
How does Health Coaching work?
After your exam, you’ll receive post-exam emails to get started with a Health Coach. You’ll be able to book your one-on-one phone or video sessions with one of our coaches on your myEHE portal. You are eligible to have 12 a year at intervals that work best for your schedule.
Do I have to pay for Health Coaching?
There is no additional cost to work with one of our Health Coaches. This is included as part of your EHE Health benefit. Independent health coaching programs typically cost $150-$300 per session; EHE members receive unlimited sessions at no cost.
What kinds of health concerns can I address with coaching?
Our Health Coaches can help guide you toward the health changes you want to make. You can target all types of wellbeing goals such as weight loss, weight gain, sleep hygiene, defining work-life balance, finding the right fitness routine, and other lifestyle-oriented health modifications. Research shows health coaching interventions produce statistically significant improvements in HbA1c levels, physical activity levels, dietary quality, and self-efficacy compared to usual care. Your coach collaborates with you to develop plans that are measurable, time bound, and specific to your goals.
How is EHE Health Coaching different from wellness apps or online programs?
EHE Health Coaching provides one-on-one support with credentialed health professionals who review your EHE exam results and tailor recommendations to your specific health risks, lab values, and physician recommendations. Unlike generic wellness apps, your coach has access to your comprehensive health data (with your permission) and coordinates with your EHE physician and primary care provider. Research shows that personalized, human-delivered coaching produces significantly better outcomes than self-directed digital programs, particularly for behavior change and long-term adherence.
Can coaching help if I have chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure?
es. Health coaching is particularly effective for managing chronic conditions. Studies show that coaching interventions for people with diabetes produce clinically meaningful reductions in HbA1c levels, and coaching for cardiovascular risk factors supports medication adherence and lifestyle modifications that improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Your EHE Health Coach will coordinate with your primary care physician and specialists to ensure your coaching plan complements your medical treatment. Coaches do not prescribe medications or replace medical care—they provide education, support, and accountability to help you implement your doctor’s recommendations.
Can I share my EHE Health records with other physicians?
Yes. We make the process simple and seamless. Your records are always yours, and with your approval, can be shared with other physicians you authorize. Just go to Health Records> Share My Medical Records and fill out a short, simple form.
What else can I use the portal for?
In addition to providing the results from all your EHE Health exams and visits, the portal has your vaccine records, and Quick Stats of your health. It’s also where you can complete the health assessment, get referrals, schedule sessions for one-on-one health coaching (telephone and video session options available), stay informed with content personalized for you, get important reminders and instructions, and test your health IQ.
Will my employer see the results from my exam?
No. Your health information is 100% protected and confidential. Always.
What if I have to reschedule my exam?
Simply log into your EHE Health account or call us at 855.798.1613. We’re happy to accommodate rescheduling.
Is this a one-time thing, or should I come back every year?
Coming back annually is where real value builds. Year-over-year tracking gives you and your physician a more complete picture of how your health is trending.
