Traditional care reacts to symptoms.
EHE is built to surface risk before disease develops, so you can act earlier, with confidence.
Introducing the EHE Membership — a physician-led preventive health program that combines advanced diagnostics, personalized risk assessment, and year-round guidance in one comprehensive experience.
EHE Health Membership delivers comprehensive preventive care that catches disease earlier than standard annual physicals. While traditional physicals include 54% of recommended screenings, our exam provides 100% of clinically indicated tests.
Your EHE Membership includes:
Heart health diagnostics
- Resting VO2 max fitness testing, the gold standard in cardiovascular fitness, measured using a simple, non-invasive device
- EKG (electrocardiogram) to record the electrical activity of the heart
- Lipid panel to measure total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides
- Includes Lipoprotein(a), a critical cardiovascular risk marker that affects 20% of the population but is rarely tested in standard physicals. Elevated Lp(a) can increase heart attack and stroke risk by 2-4 times, independent of cholesterol levels (European Heart Journal).*
*Added one time at age 40
Cancer risk assessments
- Head-to-toe skin screening to detect any abnormalities
- Prostate cancer, cervical cancer, and colon cancer screenings, as indicated
- Advanced breast cancer screening measures starting as early as age 30, based on Tyrer Cuzick risk assessment.
Early breast cancer detection at stage 1 has a 97.9% five-year survival rate (National Cancer Institute). EHE’s Tyrer Cuzick risk assessment identifies women who may benefit from enhanced screening decades earlier than standard protocols.
Metabolic health checks
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) and Hemoglobin A1C (HbA1C) to assess key markers of metabolic health
- Albumin/creatinine ratio, insulin, and uric acid available as indicated
Mental wellness evaluations
- PQH2 Depression Screen and GAD2 Anxiety Screen
- Unrushed discussion with doctor to discuss sleep quality and work/life balance
- Post-exam Health Coaching to work on lifestyle behaviors related to nutrition, fitness, stress, and more
+ Optional enhancements
For members who want additional insight beyond what’s included in their exam, elective advanced screenings are available for an additional fee, with preferred pricing through EHE, including:
-
Prenuvo Whole-Body MRI*: A radiation-free scan that provides a detailed, whole-body view, including early detection of abnormalities, body composition, and key organ health. Designed to support earlier insight and track changes over time, with more advanced imaging options available.
-
GRAIL Galleri® Test: A simple blood test that screens for signals linked to 50+ types of cancer.
*Discount does not apply to the Focused Scan.

How does the EHE Membership compare to other preventive care memberships?
Most traditional healthcare models focus on reacting to symptoms. EHE is designed to identify potential risks earlier (before disease develops) so you can take action with clarity and confidence.
Compared to other preventive care memberships, EHE offers a more comprehensive and elevated experience, including:
- Proactive, risk‑based care: Our clinical protocol is built to surface health risks early and continues to evolve as screening recommendations advance.
- Convenience and flexibility: Members can complete their exam at any of EHE’s seven managed clinics, located in key cities nationwide — whether close to home or traveling.
- A white‑glove experience: From scheduling through follow‑up, members receive dedicated support, including access to a members‑only phone line and personalized guidance at every step.
- Access to advanced diagnostics: Members can access EHE’s full suite of advanced testing, with optional add‑ons available at exclusive member-only pricing.
What does it cost, and how does payment work?
The EHE Membership includes services that would cost $4,000+ if purchased separately, but together, we’re offering it at $2,350. Payment is due at the time of booking. Membership will auto-renew on your subscription date.
What's included in the $2,350 membership price?
The $2,350 annual membership includes your comprehensive exam with 130+ screening and biomarkers, including all vaccinations as needed, an in-person physician consultation, a post-exam results review, coaching sessions, and year-round access to the Health Navigation Center for referrals and follow-up care. Optional enhancements like Prenuvo Full-Body MRI and Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test are available at preferred member pricing but not included in the base membership.
I feel healthy. Why would I need an EHE Membership?
Feeling healthy is important, but many health risks can develop silently, often without symptoms. The EHE Membership is designed to help identify potential concerns earlier through advanced screenings, physician expertise, and personalized risk assessments, giving you a clearer understanding of your health today and helping you make informed decisions for the future.
How does EHE compare to other lab-only memberships?
Many preventive health memberships focus primarily on lab testing and digital results. EHE combines advanced testing with an in-person, physician-led exam, personalized risk assessments, and year-round support. Your results aren’t just delivered—they’re reviewed with you by a physician, translated into clear next steps, and supported by ongoing health coaching and guidance designed to help you take action on what matters most.
Does EHE replace my primary care doctor?
EHE provides deeper preventive insight, advanced screening, and physician-guided recommendations, but members should continue working with their PCP or specialists for ongoing treatment, medications, and condition management.
What actually happens during my exam?
Your exam is a comprehensive, physician-led visit that covers a lot of ground in a single, well-organized appointment. You’ll go through a full lab panel, cardiovascular assessments, cancer screenings, and other evaluations tailored to your age and health history. At the end of your visit, your physician will walk you through your results, flag anything worth paying attention to, and help you understand your next steps.
How do I know the screenings I'm getting are the right ones for me?
Your exam starts with a core set of clinically recommended screenings. From there, your care team tailors what you receive based on your age, personal health history, family history, and individual risk factors.
Can EHE Health refer me to specialists?
If our physician identifies a health concern that requires examination by a specialist, we can coordinate a referral for you. EHE Health can also help you find a primary care physician if you do not have one.
When will I receive my results?
Following your exam, your physician will review your results with you and discuss any recommended next steps. You’ll receive your full exam report within approximately five business days, and your results will be available through the secure myEHE portal, where you can access, review, and share information with your healthcare providers as needed.
What happens if my exam identifies a health concern?
If your exam results indicate a concern that requires follow-up, your physician will review the findings with you, explain what they mean, and provide personalized recommendations for next steps. When appropriate, you’ll receive referrals or orders for additional screening or specialty care, and your EHE care team can help you understand your options moving forward.
Where is EHE available near me?
The EHE Membership is currently accessible at EHE’s seven managed clinics in: New York City, Boston, Stamford, Morristown, Chicago, McLean, and Houston. Members can choose the location that works best for them, whether close to home or while traveling.
