3-Minute Step Test OR VO2 Max

A 3-minute step test will provide an overall estimate of your cardiorespiratory fitness status. The VO2 Max test is an enhanced update and will be available based on location, with full implementation in early 2026.

EKG

An EKG (electrocardiogram) records the electrical activity of the heart, providing insight into the regularity of heart rate and rhythm.

C-reactive Protein (CRP)

CRP is a biomarker of inflammation in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Apolipoprotein B (ApoB)

ApoB is involved with cholesterol forming plaque buildup in blood vessels. Testing this can provide insight into your risk of developing heart disease as well as possible genetic predisposition.

Non-invasive test to assess blood flow in the arteries and veins.

Lipid Panel

A lipid panel measures total cholesterol, HDL (“good” cholesterol), LDL (“bad” cholesterol) and triglycerides (fat from cholesterol). 

 

Lipoprotein A

Lipoprotein A plays a significant role in cardiovascular health. It is mostly genetically determined and is related to your risk of heart disease and stroke by causing cholesterol to form plaque buildup in blood vessels.

Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)

PSA is a glycoprotein expressed by prostate tissue. It can be used as a screening method to detect prostate cancer, which is done at EHE Health in males 40+ based on risk factors.
