Omar is a seasoned finance leader with a track record of helping companies achieve their growth, profitability, and value creation objectives. As CFO, he leads efforts to ensure that EHE’s financial strategies drive sustainable value.

Prior to EHE, Omar served as advisor, investor, operator, and consultant in various roles across healthcare, technology, and financial services. He has launched and scaled new software businesses at a corporate ventures group, advised a hedge fund on capital allocation and investments, and delivered successful outcomes in a prominent sovereign debt restructuring. He began his career in financial services and transaction advisory, focused on banking and capital markets clients.
