Luc previously served as Vice President of Technology at Teladoc Health and Unity. Luc also served as the Chief Information Officer at ApiJect Systems and Flight Centre Travel Group. 

Luc received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from Tulane University and his MBA in Information Technology from the University of Connecticut.
