Adam Schuster is an attorney and accomplished HR leader who has been recognized for his expertise in building teams and strengthening organizational culture.

Adam oversees EHE Health’s legal, facilities and people strategy, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, benefits, compensation, risk management and compliance. During Adam’s tenure, EHE Health has received multiple certifications as a Great Place to Work and has been recognized by Fortune Magazine as a top workplace in healthcare.

Prior to joining EHE Health, Adam was the Vice President of Human Resources for Songkick, the world’s leading concert discovery app and direct-to-fan ticketing company. Under Adam’s leadership, Songkick was recognized as one of the most innovative companies in music by Fast Company before its sale to Warner Music Group.

Adam also led HR and legal operations for Harlem RBI, a nonprofit organization in East Harlem and the South Bronx that offers year-round academic and summer programming. Under Adam’s leadership, Harlem RBI was honored as one of the top nonprofits to work for by The NonProfit Times.

Adam started his career as an employment attorney with Skadden, Arps in New York. He graduated from Cornell University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University, as well as a certificate in leadership from Columbia Business School and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
