The Health Navigation Center houses the resources to ensure that you have the care you need after you complete your EHE Health Pulse™ Physical exam.
Our team of Health Navigators are nurses and care coordinators, who will help you with post-exam services, whether you need a follow-up with a specialist or want to continue on your health journey. All these resources come at no additional cost to you.

Referral Services
We’ll connect you with specialists or a primary care physician if needed. If you’d like, we’d be happy to share
your EHE Health report with your doctors.
Health Coaching
You can get one-on-one Health Coaching by phone or video to reach your goals in a range of areas—from nutrition and fitness to mental health.
